1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return under the following circumstances:

2. Return Request Period
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery, along with relevant photographs, videos, and order details.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return:

Products without original packaging or accessories, where applicable.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered after the returned product has been inspected and the claim approved. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, as applicable.
5. Replacement Policy
If a product is found defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Smart Electricals may offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification and applicable consumer rights.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable cancellation terms and consumer laws.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days. Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
8. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, return shipping arrangements will be communicated by Smart Electricals. For other approved returns, applicable shipping charges may be borne by the customer, subject to applicable law.
9. Inspection and Approval
All return and replacement requests are subject to product inspection and verification. Smart Electricals reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the stated policy, without limiting statutory consumer rights.
